This is us on the main stage this morning, was fairly exciting! Our escorts - far right and far left - are some of the best chefs in the world. Far left is Andoni Luis Aduriz (Mugaritz) and Pedro Subijana (Akelare), far right is Joan Roca (Can Roca), and between the three of them they have a total of 8 Michelin stars. Top blokes too!
Check out the guy 2nd from (your) right, its Mat from Canada - his eyes are closed and he is trying not to explode because he is standing next to the Joan Roca - one of the starred chefs mentioned.
